An inclusive week of learning, connection, and fun for your whole family
Sunday, July 12, 2026 – Saturday, July 18, 2026
Anchor Point Lodge · 855 W Lake Blvd, Tahoe City, CA 96145
Many families with special needs children long to connect with others in person — but too often, they experience isolation and a lack of opportunities to socialize with others who share a similar experience. Our summer camp offers an inclusive environment for the whole family to recharge, spend quality time together with other families, learn, have fun, and build lasting friendships.
What to Expect
Parent Workshops
Daily sessions led by certified ABM/NeuroMovement Practitioners to deepen your understanding and confidence.
Movement Lessons
Individual movement lessons for your child with special needs — daily high-value sessions with certified practitioners.
Sibling Activities
Creative movement, games, and nature exploration designed especially for siblings — so no one sits on the sidelines.

Where You’ll Stay
Anchor Point Lodge is ADA approved and offers comfortable, family-friendly accommodations at Lake Tahoe. Most rooms are larger rooms with bunk beds, shared with one or two other families, and provide ample space for belongings and some privacy. A limited number of private family rooms are available and assigned based on each family’s needs.
Deposit Policy — Required to Secure Your Spot
A deposit of $300 per family is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. This deposit is applied toward your total camp fee.
Cancellations before April 15, 2026 will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations after April 15, 2026 forfeit the deposit.
Late cancellations after June 15, 2026 due to a life-changing event or sudden illness may be eligible for a full reimbursement of all payments made, provided official documentation (e.g., a physician’s letter or verifiable documentation of the event) is submitted to CoPEC.
Families submitting camp fees through the Self-Determination Program (SDP) are also required to pay the deposit at registration. The $300 deposit will be reimbursed once CoPEC has received full payment of the camp fee through the SDP.
